One step during install: Nabla does not distribute the Triangle mesh generator, so a fresh install cannot mesh until Triangle is fetched. The installer has a Download Triangle page — press Download there rather than Skip. Installation guide →

Version 0.1.0
New Features
- Machines module: parametrised PMSM, induction and fractional-slot designs, inner- and outer-rotor, with winding, circuit and skew support
- Thermal module: steady and transient heat conduction on the same mesh
- Time-harmonic and Crank-Nicolson transient solvers
- Second-order (quadratic) elements
- Far-field (balloon) boundary condition for open problems
- Multiple independent motion zones, rotary and linear
- Nine ready-to-open example machines under Help → Examples
- Python API and MCP server for scripted and agent-driven studies
Performance Improvements
- Monolithic field-circuit solve replaces the staggered iteration
- Large-mesh ceiling removed — meshes far beyond the previous ~130,000-node limit now solve
- Faster induction-machine equivalent-circuit extraction
Bug Fixes
- Airgap torque now uses the Arkkio volume integral, removing the mesh- and radius-dependence of the old single-contour form
- Iron-loss post-processing corrected (previous builds over-reported)
- Field energy, force and probe values read the element's own material instead of a nodal average across interfaces
- Meshing now refuses a model whose sliding band or region seeds are mis-drawn, rather than solving it silently wrong
Documentation
- Full user manual shipped with the application and published online
- Nine documented worked examples with build scripts
- Installation, activation and licensing walkthroughs
